Chris Rhinehart Booking Requirements

Travel/Lodging

 

Travel/Lodging Two (2) Round Trip Airline Tickets (please review times with us before purchasing – non-stop flights on Southwest Airlines with Early Bird Check-In is preferred)

 

 -Or-

 

Gas mileage reimbursement if within driving distance of the Washington, DC area at the standard IRS Mileage Rate at the time of travel 

 

Book for One (1) Hotel Room in a 4 star or higher establishment Transportation, Rental Car, or compensation thereof for transportation to and from the Venue/Airport/Hotel Meals/Refreshments 

 

Meals/Refreshments

 

Meals supplied or $60 meal per Diem per day. 

 

Access to bottled water during the event(s) 

 

Product Sales

 

Product Sales Permission & place for product sales (including table, tablecloth & two chairs)

 

Honorarium

 

Honorarium Feature/Keynote Speaker - Love Offerings accepted (minimum $500.00) 

 

Worship Leader/Event Host, Author Appearances, Book Signings, Event Panelist, Class/Breakout Session Facilitator - Love Offerings accepted 

 

If special offerings are taken up for Chris, please allow any & all personal checks from the congregation/attendees to be made out to your ministry, business, or organization. Please issue one (1) check for the total amount made out to Chris Rhinehart 

 

If a personal check is made out to Chris, please allow her to endorse it immediately in exchange for your ministry, business, or organization, including that amount in the total of the honorarium. 

 

Sound Engineering

 

Sound Engineering A handheld microphone or Lavalier Chris Rhinehart gives permission for the production and sale of audio & video recordings of the event.
